Job Description

The Senior Java Spring Boot Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing microservices, ensuring the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

This role involves participating in software development projects, developing and maintaining Java applications using the Spring framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and writing efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot applications
  • Build and consume REST APIs for scalable applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
  • Write clean, reusable, and testable code
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
  • Support application deployment and monitoring in production
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Core + Advanced)
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
  • Experience in RESTful API development & integration
  • Good understanding of Microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment practices
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Understanding of design patterns & best practices
  • Basic knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes (added advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of hands-on development experience in Java + Spring Boot
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
