Cyber Security Compliance Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Compliance Lead to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company maintains the highest standards of cyber security compliance.

About the Role

In this position, you will lead the development and implementation of our company's cyber security compliance program, ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures are in place to protect our sensitive data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security compliance program, including policies, procedures, and training for employees
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential security threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to employees on cyber security best practices and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and trends, and implement measures to mitigate risks
  • Lead compliance or security projects to achieve milestones and objectives on complex initiatives

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in cyber security compliance. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as IT, Accounting, or Computer Science
  • At least 5+ years of experience in cyber security compliance, with a focus on ITGC, SoX, and PCI
  • One of the following certifications: CISA, CISSP, CCAK, CISM, CRISC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
