About the Opportunity:

  • Lead the development of full-stack applications from design to deployment, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality code.
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using .NET Core, leveraging its strengths for efficient and scalable systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards for a maintainable and efficient codebase.
  • Mentor junior developers, guiding them towards excellence in software development and instilling a growth mindset.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack, employing creativity and analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core, with hands-on experience in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL Server, with familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus, along with exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and motivate team members.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in programming principles and software engineering.
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a self-starting attitude and strong organizational and time management skills.
