Job Title

We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Content Manager to drive our digital presence and support our rapid growth journey.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in industry trends, research-driven, and adaptive to trying different strategies. They will have strong content creation and editing skills, excellent command of English writing, and familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a social media content strategy and calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms.
  • Write compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate, inform, and drive action.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress (posting blogs will be part of the role).
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
