Job Description

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their supply chain planning needs and develop customized solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, client solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.
  • Participating in the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery of Client solutions to customers across industries and geographies.
  • Understanding customer requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners on processes and documenting them.
  • Working closely with architects to develop clear functional and technical design document data requirements and build complex datasets.
  • Configuring the Client platform based on the blueprint laid out during design to solve deep operational supply chain problems.
  • Creating and executing workflow and data analytics test cases, documenting issues, and tracking progress to resolve issues.
  • Supporting Super User and End User training, for a global user base.
  • Actively helping in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience with modeling Supply Chain Planning problems in enterprise applications.
  • Experienced in Supply Chain Planning consulting.
  • Well-versed knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Optimization.
  • Hands-on experience of working on Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Understanding end-to-end supply chain planning concepts focusing on Demand planning, Supply Planning and SOP, and different issues involved in the supply chain management.
  • Supply chain planning functional design and implementation experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Experience in implementation of Kinaxis demand or supply planning.
  • Deep knowledge of Workbooks and data needs for Kinaxis.
  • Kinaxis certified preferred.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and configure customized solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Characteristics Structured and professional way of working with the ability to prioritize, sequence tasks, and highlight any risks in a timely fashion.
