About Us

The Senior Development Engineer plays a pivotal role in our team, leading development tasks in Python & React. Their responsibilities include coding and debugging of complex scope using standard concepts and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create high-level designs for functional requirements as marketable features or use cases.
  2. Mentor junior members in technical skills, methodology, and product knowledge.
  3. Develop expertise in one or more modules of the primary product and have a good understanding of core modules of secondary products.
  4. Follow best practices and assist colleagues with design reviews, code reviews, implementation, and information about existing implementations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience (4 years with Master's degree, or 2 years with PhD).
  • Advanced knowledge of SDLC, Operating Systems, Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Programming Systems, and Databases.
  • Experience working on n-tier desktop or client-side web applications using Web and UI frameworks.
  • Ability to utilize AI and mentor junior members on AI best practices.
