Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that facilitate data generation, collection, and processing.

Your typical day will involve creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to effectively migrate and deploy data across various systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide innovative solutions that enhance data accessibility and usability.

  • Lead data architect for small projects or team lead for medium/large sized projects
  • Discuss big data architecture and related issues with client architects/teams
  • Analyze and assess the impact of requirements on data and its lifecycle
  • Lead big data architecture and design cloud-based, big data, and analytical solutions using lambda architecture
  • Breadth of experience in various client scenarios and situations
  • Experienced in big data architecture-based sales and delivery
  • Thought leadership and innovation
  • Lead creation of new data assets & offerings
  • Experience in handling OLTP and OLAP data workloads
Key Skills:
  • Medallion architecture involving delta lake house principles
  • Expert level in designing and architecting solutions in Azure data factory, Azure Databricks, Azure data lake, delta lake implementation
  • Expert level experience in Azure cloud technologies like PySpark, ADF, Databricks, Python, Scala, and SQL
  • Experience in one or more real-time/batch ingestion including: Azure delta live tables, autoloader
  • Experience in handling medium to large big data implementations
  • Strong understanding of data strategy. Data quality and delta lake components
  • Candidate must have 5-7 years of IT experience and around 4 years of big data experience (design + build) in Databricks
  • Architect for a medium-sized client delivery project

Requirements:

  • Drive technology design meetings and propose technology design and architecture
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Must have: BE/BTech/MCA
  • Good to have: ME/MTech
