Cisco Solutions Architect

As a Cisco Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical expertise of our clients and internal teams. Your profound understanding of Cisco technologies will enable you to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that empower individuals to effectively utilize these cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing Cisco solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Creating customized training content to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced users, while maintaining core learning objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials align with industry trends and platform updates.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their training needs, tailor training programs to meet their requirements, and provide pre-training consultations.
  • Conducting workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions both internally and for clients, ensuring that the training content is effectively delivered.
  • Providing customization to training modules as needed to address client-specific use cases and scenarios.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, continuously improving training materials and delivery methods.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Cisco services to provide accurate and relevant training content.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to participants during and after training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven expertise in Cisco technologies, with relevant certifications.
  • Previous experience as a solutions architect, technical trainer, instructor, or educator is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Experience in creating training materials, including presentations, labs, and documentation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of various skill levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
