Our organization is seeking skilled professionals to join a student wellness initiative at a premier institute in West Bengal.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine counseling expertise with proactive engagement, fostering a culture of openness, empathy, and resilience on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health support on a rotational basis (10 PM – 6 AM).
  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels.
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our online portal.
  • Undertake floor walks in hostels to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
  • Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
  • Experience working with youth/academic mental health (or strong interest).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with students empathetically.
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).
  • Willingness to stay on campus.
