Job Title: Project Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Eleganz Interiors Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and monitor project reports, planning, scheduling and cost monitoring details of multiple assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any critical/risk issues.
  • Proactively support and manage the project plan/team, adhere to project timing and best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure billing and payment processes are carried out as per terms and conditions.
  • To guarantee handing over as per client satisfaction.
  • Allocate, monitor and close snags/observation points shared by clients in DLP period and follow up on release of retention amounts.
  • Visit new project sites and prepare photographic reports for submission to the tender team.
  • Plan, schedule, monitor and bill projects.
  • Manage costs effectively.
  • Oversee vendor management.
  • Raise timely client bills as per terms and conditions.
  • Prepare cash flow reports for each project.
  • Follow up on client payments.
  • Present weekly reports to the team.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients.
  • Allocate work to subcontractors and monitor their progress.
  • Perform project audits versus actual reconciliation.
