Job Title: Oracle Flexcube Banking Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Flexcube professional to support customization and production for core banking services. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Oracle Flexcube modules, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury).
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
