Job Title: Automic Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automic Administrator to join our team. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Automation Engine (AE) infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain AE version upgrades, agent installations, configurations, and deployments.
  • Develop deep expertise in Automic tools, scripting, and troubleshooting.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation workflows and job scheduling across diverse platforms.
  • Create enterprise scheduling solutions in Automic, including dependencies, SLA management, and alerts configuration.
  • Prepare design, release, and implementation documentation to support deployments.
  • Optimize job performance by improving resource utilization and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Automic scripts to support automation processes.
  • Monitor and manage Oracle Retail batch jobs, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve job failures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee daily batch monitoring, ensuring timely execution and corrective action for job failures.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Middleware and Oracle Retail applications.
  • Functional knowledge of the Retail industry, particularly in supply chain, omnichannel shopping, ecommerce, order management, and logistics.
  • Experience working in complex matrix environments with internal and external stakeholders.
