Interior Designer Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative thinking and be able to create innovative designs based on client feedback.
- To own the sales process and drive closure.
- To deliver exceptional customer experience during projects.
- To lead and ensure accuracy of design deliverables.
- To oversee the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality residential modular KWS projects.
- Excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation software, and AutoCAD.
- Strong expertise in conceptual design, technical design, and modular design.
- Ability to create detailed specifications and installation details for civil works services.
- Experience in creating Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for customers and coordinating with internal and external agencies.
- Strong sales skills, including logical and trusted sales pitches, and the ability to drive design meetings with customers.
- Demonstrated behavioral attributes such as result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and a willingness to learn and drive performance among team members.
