  • Project Brief: Prepare and communicate project briefs to different consultants and architects.
  • Design Preparation: Prepare basic feasibility drawings, considering DCR and governing authorities' guidelines.
  • Design Review: Check architectural and structural drawings before releasing for construction.
  • Design and Technology: Stay updated on new construction technologies for faster and quality output.
  • Cost Saving: Offer alternatives for modernizations and value for money designs.
  • Design Efficiency: Reduce wastages and improve design efficiency.
  • Forward Engineering: Implement MS Project/scheduling and ERP implementation.

Consultant Appointment and Coordination: 20%

  • Pre-Construction Activities: Finalize architects and consultants, design finalization, tendering, negotiation with suppliers and contractors.
  • Construction Activities: Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth work flow.
  • Drawings Coordination: Finalize good for construction drawings for different work packages.
  • Deliverables: Get accurate drawings and deliverables to meet contracts and execution timelines.
  • Technical Support: Assist internal purchase team in finalizing BOQ and specifications.
  • Project Planning: Host pre-defined review meetings with architects and consultants.

Site Coordination and Execution: 20%

  • Post-Construction Activities: Organize training, hand over operation and maintenance manuals, and financial closure documentation.
  • Project Briefs: Ensure timely completion of project briefs and their consent by architects.
  • Concept Planning: Oversee and guide concept planning, evaluate feasibility, and provide insights.
  • Project Planning: Prepare project planning and schedule finalization.
  • Flat Layout Customization: Support Sales/Projects for flat layout customization.

MIS: 10%

  • MIS Submission: Ensure timely submission of MIS to management.
  • Progress Review: Develop and format progress review management.
  • Delays and Status: Timely submission of status of design from consultants to sites.

Team Management and Self Development: 10%

  • Training and Development: Train and develop subordinates.
  • Training Programs: Attend all training programs, seminars conducted by the company.
  • Self Learning: Initiate self-learning and gain knowledge of other skills.
  • Hiring Support: Support hiring as and when needed.
