Lead Data Insights Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the analytics function, you will be responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership in data analysis and insights generation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and analytics, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality data models and analytics solutions to drive business growth and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve our data analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in data analytics and science roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact results.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, and experienced in working with big data tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques, and experience applying them to real-world problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools, such as AWS or GCP.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration and deployment.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques, and experience creating interactive dashboards and reports.
