Consultant Role Overview

Avensys Consulting seeks an experienced professional to join their team. This Consultant will be responsible for implementing SuccessFactors Recruitment Management and Onboarding 2.0 modules, including career portal branding, candidate workflows, offer management, onboarding flows, tasks & checklists.

  • This role involves requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders to capture current recruiting/onboarding processes and future-state needs.
  • Create functional specifications/design documents/blueprints, including fit-gap analyses between current business processes and out-of-box SF features.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP and 5+ years of exclusive experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • At least one full end-to-end implementation of RCM and ONB 2.0.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting lifecycle, job requisitions, candidate workflows, interviews, offer management, candidate onboarding.
  • Experience with Career Portal: branding, templates, job postings, candidate engagement.
