Enterprise Cloud Services Lead

This is a leadership role that oversees the delivery of Enterprise Cloud Services projects.

  • About This Role:
  • Manage the sales to deliver handover quality gate and initiate new tasks.
  • Coordinate with consulting and customer teams to manage deliverables and project scope.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all teams through build and migration lifecycles.
  • Document and clear open issues; project completion.

The Project Lead is responsible for end-to-end management of Release Upgrade Projects.

Detailed planning ensures timely creation of customer and internal service requests, and additional communication with ECS teams as needed.

Regular meetings are organized, including standup meetings, project communication, and ongoing plan re-alignment.

Communication with team members and stakeholders involved in the technical upgrade project is essential to ensure everyone stays informed.

Progress and status of the technical upgrade are managed, with activity tracking of current phases and preparation for subsequent phases.

A detailed plan for PROD upgrade, including schedule, weekend work and standby, fallback plan, business downtime preparation, and alignment with customer is prepared and coordinated with relevant parties from customer and SAP ECS side.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall progress and status of the technical upgrade, ensuring that customer and internal service requests are created in time, and communicating with and between all team members and stakeholders involved in the technical upgrade project. You will also be responsible for organizing and conducting regular meetings, including standup meetings, project communication, and ongoing plan re-alignment.

You will be working closely with consulting and customer teams to manage deliverables and project scope, and will be responsible for documenting and clearing open issues. Your goal will be to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
