Job Title: Senior Frontend DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced frontend developer with strong React and design/UX skills to craft high-quality user experiences across our website, dashboards, landing pages, and new product features.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement User Interfaces: Create responsive, pixel-perfect web pages and components using React, ensuring a seamless user experience across browsers and devices.
  • Translate Requirements into UI Flows: Translate product and marketing requirements into engaging landing pages and product UI flows, working closely with backend developers to integrate APIs.
  • Maintain Design Consistency: Define and maintain a design system / component library for consistency across the application, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
  • Prototype and Test New UX Patterns: Prototype and test new UX patterns for FileSpin's services (dashboards, workflows, content management), optimizing performance and accessibility.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in frontend development with React, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind/Chakra.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating design/UI skills, ability to take a concept and create polished, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Landing Pages and Marketing Sites: Experience building landing pages and marketing sites with A/B testing, SEO basics, analytics integration.
  • UX Principles: Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG).
  • Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
