Job Title: Programme Manager

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead our IT project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain project roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  3. Implement and enforce project governance standards, frameworks, and quality controls.
  4. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
  5. Manage and coordinate project resources, including budget allocation and vendor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT projects in a global environment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, and Oracle systems, including their integration points and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
