Job Title: Credit Relationship Manager

About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily with partner teams to ensure smooth credit operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor portfolio performance and support in maintaining high-quality portfolios.
  • Assist in collection follow-ups on overdue cases in coordination with partner teams.
  • Prepare and maintain basic management information systems/data for review.
  • Visit partner offices periodically to strengthen relationships and ensure process alignment.
  • Support cross-functional teams in partner-related activities as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2–5 years of experience in the Non-Banking Financial Company/Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector with exposure to credit/partner management.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
  • Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and management information systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
