We are seeking an analytical quality assurance professional to ensure the quality of software products by developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and focusing particularly on database testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
  • Manual and Automated Testing: Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
  • Database Testing: Conduct extensive database testing, including writing and executing SQL queries to validate data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Bug Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira or similar.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
  • Testing Types: Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational software development and testing standards.
  • Reporting: Analyze test results and provide clear, detailed reports on software performance and issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in software testing (Freshers with strong knowledge are welcome to apply).
  • SDLC and STLC Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC (Software Development & Testing Life Cycle).
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium or Cypress, and database testing using SQL.
  • Bug Tracking Tools: Proficiency with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Agile Methodologies: Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
