Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to support our influencer and brand marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on experience in content coordination, and a solid understanding of influencer culture.

As a Brand & Influencer Onboarding Associate, you will assist the Brand Manager or SPOC in coordinating campaigns, supporting shoots, and managing logistics. Your responsibilities may include identifying, outreach, and onboarding influencers and content creators, as well as coordinating communication, follow-ups, and content tracking.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Assisting in the identification, outreach, and onboarding of influencers and content creators.
  • Supporting pre-production and on-site execution of brand shoots, reels, and content campaigns.
  • Tracking influencer deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules.
  • Maintaining organised records of influencer content, shoot footage, and usage rights for internal documentation and marketing use.

Additional responsibilities may include planning and executing brand-led events, pop-ups, or influencer gatherings, handling vendor coordination, setup, and event-day assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand coordination, content production, or campaign support.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual content, social trends, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience assisting with ad shoots, reels, or events.
  • Good organisational and logistical management skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
