About the Role

You will work closely with our marketing team to create high-quality web experiences that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with in-house designers and marketers to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal results.
  • Measure key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and more, providing directional suggestions to the team.
  • Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Work collaboratively with content, design, and product teams to achieve project goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying current with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media tracking.
  • Ability to write custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
