Job Description:
  • As a Residential Design Expert, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality residential projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality residential projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the design process and final product.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential interior design, preferably with a reputable design firm or architectural practice.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on client satisfaction and quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
