We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our team at Artiscien Software Solution Pvt. in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the BPM team to deliver projects aligned with business requirements

Design and implement BPM workflows adhering to best practices

Participate in BPM integration with existing services and applications

Develop database models and perform intermediate database tuning

Optimize code and identify potential issues and defects

Estimate effort for each line item in the business requirement document (BRD)

Conduct gap analysis through BRD review and highlight findings

Create a work breakdown structure (WBS) aligned with BRD and HLD

Verify WBS with test cases to confirm missing action items

Design databases with normalization

Participate in deployment programs by creating reusable module diagrams and packing solutions

Conduct UAT and SIT, reporting results

Ensure quality and change control processes

Work with project leaders for ongoing improvement

Analyze technical and functional feasibility of new processes for automation

Document automation-specific solution designs

Develop new RPA solutions

Identify technical infrastructure requirements for Blue Prism

Develop test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases

Implement change requirements with a structured change control process

Monitor and resolve issues in RPA processes

Work with Business Analysts and SMEs for process identification and feasibility analysis

Configure Blue Prism objects and processes from a programming perspective, maintaining the code base

Develop and maintain solutions for other relevant terms, e.g., ODI, PDD, SDD, etc.

Communicate with Blue Prism product support teams, suggesting improvements and seeking advice

Attend meetings for process development and problem-solving

Excellent team leadership and communication skills

Ability to handle complex challenges in a Blue Prism environment

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in Blue Prism RPA tool

Strong understanding of BPM and RPA concepts

Familiarity with Blue Prism product suite

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills
