Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Engineer with experience in the field of artificial intelligence to join our team at Genpact.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning, along with a strong passion for pushing the boundaries of AI research and development.

Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and optimize advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems across various domains such as natural language processing, Gen AI components, computer vision, recommendation systems, and reinforcement learning.
  2. Work with large-scale datasets, preprocess the data, and perform in-depth analysis to derive meaningful insights, patterns, and trends for AI model training.
  3. Develop and train AI models using cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning frameworks, and continuously refine and optimize these models to achieve superior performance.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the AI field and contribute to the company's innovation by exploring and implementing novel techniques and methodologies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing products and systems, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality.
  6. Fine-tune AI models to improve efficiency, accuracy, and resource utilization, considering both online and offline performance metrics.
  7. Maintain clear and concise documentation of AI models, algorithms, and implementation details, as well as contribute to the creation of technical documents and user guides.
  8. Work collaboratively with the AI development team, data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality and scalable AI solutions.
  9. Hands on with GCP capabilities
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in the field of AI, with hands-on experience in developing AI models and algorithms.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, as well as deep learning architectures like CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and libraries, computer vision algorithms, and reinforcement learning is a plus.
  • Ability to preprocess and analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Pandas, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure for AI model deployment is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
About the Job

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on relevant experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
