Visual Leader

A leader in visual storytelling is required to drive creative direction across brands.

  • Develop and lead the visual language across integrated campaigns, from print and digital to film, AV, and experiential. Ensure consistency and high standards of craft throughout.
  • Partner with writers and strategists to generate bold, effective ideas and campaign platforms rooted in insight and executed with finesse.
  • Present and articulate creative ideas to clients, offering strategic rationale and building trust through clear communication and collaborative mindset.
  • Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers. Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee all stages of production, including shoots, animation, editing, and post-production, ensuring creative integrity is maintained through delivery.
  • Work closely with copy, strategy, tech, production, and account management teams to bring ideas to life cohesively across all media.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing award-winning and culturally resonant work.
  • Strong foundation in design fundamentals.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and production workflows.
  • Confident handling large teams, multiple brands, and fast-paced timelines.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with fluency in visual storytelling.
  • Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.
