Civil Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Lead for our steel industry project.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial projects and possess a B. Tech/BE degree in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution and planning of all civil works, including equipment foundations, boundary walls, buildings, and infrastructure projects.
  • Evaluate the quality of construction and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, maintaining timely completion deadlines.
  • Collaborate with contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Analyze technical drawings, reports, and data to inform project decisions.
  • Manage workforces, including skilled and unskilled laborers.
  • Conduct site surveys, plot levels, and fix reference points as required.
  • Integrate existing infrastructure with new projects, such as reservoirs.
  • Prioritize experience in major foundation and structure projects, like ball mills and thickeners.
