Quantitative Aptitude Trainer Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced trainer to lead sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.

The role involves designing engaging lessons, preparing practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate students' performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver insightful sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
  • Create lesson plans, practice sets, and mock assessments to measure students' progress.
  • Mentor and guide students to enhance speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support where needed.
  • Monitor students' advancement through regular assessments and share feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students are placement-ready.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
  • Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer / Faculty / Coach is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
