Interior Design Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Interior Design Lead to spearhead our design projects, delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design process from initial meetings to finalization.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design process for a set of customers, ensuring seamless execution from first meeting to order booking and finalization.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, providing bespoke design solutions that meet their needs.
    • Develop and implement multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
    • Analyze sales reports and project timelines to optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputable institution.

  • Site experience is essential, with confidence in proposing designs that can be installed efficiently on site.

  • Customer-centric approach, providing functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet clients' budgets.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and defend designs.

  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software.

  • Exposure to residential projects is mandatory.
