Our team is seeking a skilled AI Data Specialist to join our innovative Large Language Models project.

As an integral member of this team, you will be responsible for several key tasks:

  • Training data development: You will create comprehensive training datasets for AI models to enhance their accuracy and fluency.
  • Data annotation: Your expertise in annotating data will ensure that AI models align with human values and ethics.
  • Content optimization: You will analyze and refine grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated and AI model-generated text.
  • Collaborative work: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate datasets.
  • Specification evolution: You will contribute to the ongoing refinement of specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree or above in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math).
  • Exceptional writing skills in English.
  • A deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
  • The ability to edit and improve written communication across various fields.
