Key Account Specialist

The role of Key Account Specialist revolves around managing financial processes by combining accounting knowledge with attention to detail to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and vouchers, ensuring all entries are updated and reconciled on time.
  2. Prepare and process customer invoices, vendor bills, and ensure timely follow-up on receivables and payables.
  3. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and deadlines.
  4. Manage bank transactions, perform reconciliations, and monitor cash flow to support smooth operations.
  5. Work closely with the procurement, HR, and operations teams to manage payments, reimbursements, and financial documentation.
  6. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
  7. Manage TDS deductions, payments, and filings, and liaise with CA to ensure accurate TDS calculations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Experience working with a CA is an added advantage.
  • Experience with audit as per audit compliances.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
  • Understanding of statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and PF ESI.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
