Business Development Role
- Key Responsibilities:
- To build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by collaborating with the sales team.
- To track and monitor leads to ensure consistent follow-ups and timely closures.
- To identify potential clients through research and proactive outreach.

- To conduct initial qualification of leads to assess their needs and potential.
- To understand client requirements and align them with suitable insurance solutions.
- To coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Critical Skills:
- Develop and implement client engagement programs to maintain interest and build relationships.
- Regularly communicate with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to nurture leads.
- Address initial client queries and provide information about insurance solutions.
- Sales Performance Metrics:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in CRM systems.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's insurance products and solutions.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship-building mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of insurance products (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
