Finance Associate Position

Our organization seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate in B Com Finance or M Com Finance, eager to apply academic knowledge in a practical business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries.
  • Support the preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers by verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes by ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements by analyzing data and identifying trends.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documents and data to facilitate the auditing process.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Required), Master's degree in Accounting (Preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
