Key Responsibilities:- Configure and maintain multiple environments to support various stages of the software development life cycle.
- Monitor and manage integrations with internal and external systems and platforms.
- Help coordinate an integration Center of Excellence to facilitate integration-related training, best practices, and information sharing across organizations.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of current industry standards relating to enterprise software applications and how they are installed, configured, and supported in an enterprise environment.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Manage cloud and on-premise environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
- Perform regular platform updates and patches, ensuring system stability and security compliance.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments.
- Develop scripts or use automation tools to automate the process of refreshing environments.
- Schedule regular automated environment refreshes to ensure consistency and data integrity across environments.
- Configure automated security monitoring tools to detect and alert on suspicious activities, unauthorized access attempts, or potential security vulnerabilities.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in the administration and maintenance of applications like Salesforce, Boomi, Netsuite, Automation Anywhere, UIPath.
- Expertise in managing Salesforce upgrades, refreshes, and ensuring successful integration.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce functionality and efficiency.
- Expertise in managing RPA tools upgrades, refreshes, and user access provisioning.
- Expertise in setting SSO/SAML on RPA tools, Salesforce.
- Experience in automation and scripting languages tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, Gitlab, Python etc.
- Utilize expertise in cloud security to implement and maintain security controls, monitoring, and compliance measures for cloud-based applications.
- Experience coaching and developing individuals for increased effectiveness and working with a geographically dispersed workforce is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts.
This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000 based on location and experience.
