Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high availability and performance of AEM environments (author and publish instances) by implementing robust monitoring and maintenance strategies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective incident management processes.
  • Design and deploy scalable infrastructure configurations, utilizing Adobe Cloud services, and optimize system performance.
  • Develop and maintain logging and alerting mechanisms using Splunk and Adobe Analytics to ensure seamless monitoring.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Forms, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
  • Proficiency in Splunk, Adobe Analytics, and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Strong understanding of incident management, performance monitoring, and SSO (Ping Identity).
