Lead Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic group of professionals in providing exceptional customer experiences in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct the work of subordinates or others to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects
- Partner with management to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance and scalability
- Develop and manage career path and individual development plans for team members, fostering growth and retention
- Mentor quality leads and process experts to enhance quality, efficiency, and minimize variation
- Oversee team performance, ensuring high service delivery and execution standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading teams of 15-20 people
- Minimum 10 years of experience in US Retirement 401K business and 3 years in people management roles
- Strong networking and decision-making skills, with ability to balance risk and service needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, as required
- Familiarity with SLA, attrition, and quality metrics
