Job Title: Senior Research Analyst - Expert Onboarding Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to lead the Expert Onboarding function, responsible for training and mentoring junior analysts. The ideal candidate will bring experience in research and expert sourcing, providing guidance to the team, streamlining onboarding processes, and ensuring that experts are sourced in alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and Mentor Analysts: Train junior research analysts in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding experts. Provide ongoing guidance, sharing best practices and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Assurance: Ensure that experts sourced by the team meet the client's project needs and maintain a high standard of professionalism and expertise.
  • Optimization: Continuously improve the onboarding process by identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the client management team to ensure expert recommendations align with project scopes and timelines.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends to target emerging experts and broaden the network's reach.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of junior analysts, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement and development.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a point of escalation for complex expert sourcing challenges, solving issues related to difficult-to-find experts or niche industry requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in research, expert networks, consulting, or recruitment.
  • Experience in mentoring or managing junior team members, with strong leadership skills.
  • Expertise in conducting research to source high-quality industry experts, especially in niche sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to guide analysts in outreach and expert engagement.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, expert sourcing tools, and research databases.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple onboarding processes at once.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and gaps in the expert onboarding process and suggest improvements.
