Visual Storyteller Role

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Visual Storyteller. This visionary will be responsible for turning ideas into captivating visuals that bring concepts to life with imagination, precision, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.

This role requires close collaboration with creative and copy teams to develop campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing materials that stand out and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns, digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work alongside copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that breathe life into ideas.
  • Explore and experiment with new design styles, trends, and techniques to keep work fresh and innovative.
  • Ensure uniformity, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Mentor junior designers as needed, sharing expertise and design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while upholding high creative standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to receive feedback positively and refine ideas efficiently.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to balance creativity with functionality.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Motion graphics / basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
