Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to enhance software quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform automated testing to ensure high-quality software, conducting performance, load, and stress tests.
  • Create comprehensive test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  • Integrate tests into continuous integration and delivery pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
  • Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 4-7 years of relevant testing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Playwright.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
  • Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and background in defect management and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
