Business Systems Analyst

This is a highly rewarding role where you will work with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements through client meetings, research, and data analysis. They will also work closely with software development teams to translate domain knowledge into actionable insights.

  • Assist in product roadmap planning and solution design.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and propose digital transformation strategies.
  • Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premier institute (IITs, NITs, or equivalent).
  • 2-5 years of experience in domains such as AEC, Mechanical Design, Civil Engineering, or PLM.
  • Solid understanding of CAD/BIM tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks) and/or PLM systems (e.g.,Autodesk Fusion Manage).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with software product development life cycles.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and digital engineering tools.
  • Client-facing experience or consulting background.
