About the Job:

Ksworld Ventures is committed to delivering exceptional retail experiences across multiple locations. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays that drive sales and engagement.

Your primary focus will be on designing, maintaining, and updating planograms to meet brand requirements, company standards, and stock levels. You will work closely with the inventory team, vendors, and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining planograms for various brands across the retail spaces.
  • Utilizing Corel Draw and/or Photoshop to design and update visual merchandising assets, displays, and planograms.
  • Ensuring brand alignment by reflecting the specific brand guidelines and company standards in visual merchandising.
  • Working closely with the inventory team and DM's to maintain up-to-date planograms based on stock levels and availability.
  • Staying updated on all marketing activities, campaigns, and events at the airport and integrating them into visual merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Visual Merchandising, Art, Design, Fashion Design, Marketing specializing in VM, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 yrs proven exp in vm, with a strong emphasis on the use of Corel Draw, planogram creation.
