Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations, assist in transactional processes, and support reporting and compliance activities.
Job Responsibilities:- Record and check day-to-day financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and organizing data.
- Help maintain financial trackers and spreadsheets.
- Work with teams to provide simple reports and updates.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries.
- Support month-end closing activities like reconciliations and documentation.
- Provide data for tax filings and audits when needed.
- Create simple dashboards, presentations, and summaries for internal use.
- Contribute to small process improvement tasks and ad-hoc finance projects.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in - Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho, Xero.
