Job Title: Mechanical Draughtsman

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Draughtsman to join our design team. As a draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in executing pre and post-sale designing as per customer specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and design principles, with experience in creating detailed drawings and layouts for equipment and supporting structures.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing of pressure parts, boilers, thermic fluid heaters, non-IBR boilers
  • Non-pressure part component design such as casing, cooling system, stiffening requirement, hopper, ducting and ducting supports etc
  • Developing and checking of Layout sectional drawing for equipment and supporting structures
  • Preparation of the load data Input and basic layout for the structure design
  • Preparation of engineering procedures manuals Process Instrumentation P ID diagram for Boiler Preparation of line valve list Boiler foundation drawing Knowledge of software like AutoCAD Excel ERP Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing Ability to prioritise multitask and meet deadlines and target

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical drafting and design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
