About Our Brand

We are a rapidly expanding enterprise seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Creator to spearhead our advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional understanding of design aesthetics, as well as the ability to analyze and optimize visual content for improved performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-performing static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives for enhanced CTR, ROAS, and conversions
  • Develop product packaging designs that align with our brand identity and appeal to target audiences
  • Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs across digital and print formats
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design and advertising trends, particularly in e-commerce and D2C sectors
  • Maintain consistent branding across all deliverables

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design
