To be successful in this position, you will need to identify and engage high-potential US citizens and Green Card holders specializing in AI, Machine Learning, and Robotics. You will utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche AI/Robotics communities.
Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships is also essential to ensure a seamless and engaging hiring experience. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand technical needs and craft strategic hiring plans.
You will stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Robotics, and emerging technologies to refine sourcing strategies. We are looking for a proven experience in technical recruitment within AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics or Technical roles.
A deep understanding of AI, Robotics, and Cloud Engineering hiring trends and technical skill sets is also required. Additionally, you should have strong sourcing expertise with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and AI-specific talent networks.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage passive candidates are also necessary. You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple requisitions.
Familiarity with US hiring laws, work authorization requirements, and best practices for recruiting US citizens and Green Card holders is also expected.
