Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our civil engineering projects.

About the Role:
  • Responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Demonstrate expertise in planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement effective work methods and strategies to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, organize, and manage construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  4. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and site inspection notes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
