Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with agile and cloud technologies, working within Scrum/Kanban teams and ensuring smooth execution of Agile methodologies and effective teamwork.

Mentor junior Java developers, resolve technical challenges, and foster best coding practices.

Architect, develop, and optimize scalable applications using Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices-based design principles.

Build RESTful services, integrate with RDBMS/NoSQL databases, and enhance functionality using Spring JPA, Hibernate.

Write clean, efficient code, conduct unit testing, debug issues, and adhere to best performance-tuning standards.

Develop cloud-native applications using Azure/AWS/GCP, implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab, and optimize system deployment.

Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, technical discussions, and delivering high-performance solutions.

Ensure compliance with security standards, integrate best practices for authentication, authorization, and network security.

Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, engage in customer-facing discussions, and present technical strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, Hibernate, and cloud-native development.
  • Frontend & Mobile Integration: Experience integrating with React, Angular, Flutter, iOS/Android frameworks.
  • Database & Performance Optimization: Strong knowledge of database design, indexing, normalization, and query optimization.
  • Cloud & DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Security & Authentication: Exposure to Spring Security, OAuth, and API Gateway frameworks.
  • BFSI Domain Expertise (Preferred): Familiarity with financial services, banking applications, and global compliance standards.
