Job Description

As a Master Data Management (MDM) Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data quality frameworks that align with our organization's business objectives. Your key responsibilities include defining data models and metadata structures to ensure high-quality master data.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable data cleansing processes to address data quality issues such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies. Additionally, you will establish metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.

  • Designing MDM Solutions: Develop and implement data quality frameworks that meet our organization's needs, defining data models and metadata structures.
  • Data Quality Framework: Develop and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to our organization's needs.
  • Metadata Management: Establish metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
  • Lead Interface Discussions: Lead discussions pertaining to master data with different applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management. Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, best practices, tools, and techniques is essential.

  • Experience with MDM Tools: Experience with Fusion Oracle cloud platform is an added advantage.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
