Webflow Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer to join our team and help us create high-quality web experiences that drive conversions and engagement.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites and possess expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design. They will also have experience with design tools such as Figma and be able to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce, and other key metrics, and provide directional suggestions to improve performance.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver engaging online experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the space.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and ever-changing trends.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to follow deadlines.
